Is there a contract for the coffee subscriptions?

Nope! There are no contracts or commitments. You can cancel your subscription at any time with just a few clicks in your account.

How do I cancel my coffee subscription?

Easy. Log into your account, go to Manage Subscriptions, and select Cancel. If you run into any issues, just contact our support team — we’ll take care of it.

When does my order ship?

• Coffee subscriptions: We ship around the 20th of each month, and most customers receive their coffee by the 1st of the month.

• Other products (clothes, hats, accessories, posters): These ship throughout the month. You’ll receive order confirmation and tracking info as soon as your package goes out.

What day is billing?

Coffee subscriptions are billed on the 15th of each month.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. Currently, we only ship within the United States.

When will the winner be announced?

Winners are typically announced within 7–10 days after a giveaway closes. The exact date will always be posted in the Official Rules and on our giveaway page.

How will I know if I am the winner?

If you win, you’ll receive an official email and/or phone call directly from Rev & Roast Coffee Co.. We’ll also publish the winner’s name on our website and social channels.
