Welcome to Rev & Roast Coffee, LLC (“Rev & Roast Coffee,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, products, subscriptions, and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to purchase from our store or participate in sweepstakes promotions. Void where, when and who, if applicable and when prohibited.

  • By using this site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products & Services

  • Coffee & Subscriptions: All coffee sales are final due to the perishable nature of the product. Subscription billing occurs on the 15th of each month, and orders ship around the 25th.

  • Merchandise (Apparel, Hats, Accessories, Posters and other): Merchandise may be eligible for returns or exchanges in accordance with our [Returns & Exchanges Policy].

  • Collector Items: Limited-edition posters and collectibles are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Sweepstakes/Giveaways: Purchases may include promotional entries into sweepstakes or giveaways. Entries are void if the associated purchase is refunded, canceled, or charged back. No purchase is necessary to enter; see [Official Sweepstakes Rules] for details.

3. Billing & Payments

  • You authorize Rev & Roast Coffee to securely store and process payment information at the time of purchase and/or subscription renewal.

  • Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled. Customers are responsible for managing cancellations before billing cycles.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Subscription orders ship monthly according to the schedule published in our [Shipping Policy].

  • Merchandise orders are generally fulfilled within 3–5 business days by third-party vendors.

  • Rev & Roast Coffee is not liable for delays, misdeliveries, or lost shipments once an order has been transferred to the carrier.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Returns and cancellations are governed by our [Returns & Exchanges Policy] and [Cancellation Policy].

  • Subscription orders that have already been billed or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded retroactively.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

6. Sweepstakes & Promotions

  • Promotional giveaways are subject to official rules published at the time of each sweepstakes.

  • Entries earned via purchases will be deducted in the event of a refund, cancellation, or chargeback.

  • Rev & Roast Coffee reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent entries or participants who violate sweepstakes rules.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of Rev & Roast Coffee, LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rev & Roast Coffee, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.

  • Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the product or subscription that gave rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rev & Roast Coffee, LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

10. Privacy
