RRCG No. 1 – Rev & Roast Coffee Giveaway
Prize: 2025 RRC Liveried Honda CRF50F Pit Bike OR $2,500 Cash
1. Eligibility
The Rev & Roast Coffee Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age (or age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is higher) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Rev & Roast Coffee, LLC (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on [start date] and ends at 11:59 PM EST on [end date] (“Promotion Period”). All entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter:
Purchase Method: Each dollar spent on eligible products at [website URL] during the Promotion Period earns entries into the Sweepstakes. Subscription purchases automatically generate entries for each billing cycle during the Promotion Period. Some items may earn bonus entries as advertised.
Mail-In Method: To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3x5 card and mail in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by [end date] and received by [3 business days after end date]. Each mail-in request equals the equivalent number of entries as $1 spent. Limit one request per envelope.
5. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive their choice of:
A 2025 Honda CRF50F Pit Bike with custom RRC livery (approximate retail value $2,500), OR
A $2,500 cash prize awarded via check or electronic payment.
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize is permitted, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Odds of Winning
Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor within 7 days after the Promotion Period ends. Winner will be notified by email and/or phone. Winner must respond within 5 business days to claim prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected. Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and IRS Form W-9.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, voice, and city/state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or damaged entries. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, affiliates, and their agents from any liability related to participation or prize use.
10. Disputes
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that all disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Putnam County, Tennessee, under the laws of the State of Tennessee.
11. Winner List
To obtain the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
